Frequently asked questions
How does street parking work?
You can pay for parking in any of Hungary's paying zones with the Parkl app, as easily as for anything else in the app. On-street parking through Parkl is currently available in Hungary only.
How can I start parking?
Check your vehicle settings, tap the On street button on the map, confirm the detected zone, review the costs on the zone profile screen and tap Start parking.
How does automatic renewal work?
If the zone limits parking length, enable automatic renewal and the system creates a new session with the same car in the same zone. You can choose in-day or overnight renewal.
How does the reminder function work?
Before starting, set a reminder for 30, 60 or 90 minutes or a specific time. When it arrives, you can snooze it by 15, 30 or 45 minutes or switch it off.
