What can Parkl Fleet do?
Fleet drivers handle on-street and off-street parking, EV charging and highway vignette purchases in one app. The cost is always charged to the company fleet, and the driver cannot choose to use their own bank card instead.
Can I control who can use what?
Yes. Each service is active depending on the driver's permissions; for example, corporate roaming charging requires a separate permission and Parkl Fleet user rights.
How do I bring drivers on board?
Drivers receive an invitation and an eight-digit code by email. They can join with their existing Parkl account, and private and corporate use stay within one account, on separate dashboards. A company can require a corporate email address, but Parkl doesn't require it.
Can drivers charge at other providers' chargers too?
Yes, with roaming charging, also at E.ON, IONITY, Lidl, Mobiliti, MOL, OMV and Shell charging points. A roaming subscription is also available for businesses, with which the convenience fee for roaming charging is waived.
How does billing work?
With Parkl Fleet, the parking and charging of the whole fleet can be managed under a single corporate account. Billing can work in two ways: with monthly billing in arrears, where we issue a single summary invoice for the parking and charging items incurred during the month, or with immediate card payment. Corporate and private trips are kept separate within one account, so the company only pays for business use. Itemised data and statistics are available at any time in the Parkl admin interface, which makes internal bookkeeping and auditing easier. Invoices are payable within 15 days.
Can spending caps or limits be set?
The Fleet Pro package includes limit management, which lets you set a spending cap per employee, either in total or per service, up to which the employee can use the corporate service.
